When, the booking is confirmed by the customer/user by securing it through credit card, the Receipt of Payment and Voucher are issued immediately.
For the bookings conducted through bank transfer option, the payment has to be deposited to the bank account of Angel's Marmaris Hotel by the person making the booking in the same day.
Otherwise, Angel’s Marmaris Hotel reserves its right to cancel the booking without needing to issue any notification.
Our hotel is not responsible for any booking which are not paid. For the payments through bank transfer, banking transaction fees are paid by the customer.
After, the payment is done within the frame of the following banking details, the receipt of payment should be sent through e-mail.
Check-in / Check-out Procedure In the check-in date, your stay begins with lunch.
Snack restaurants are used for lunches. You room will be presented to you at 15:00. If, you come early, additional price is demanded for breakfast.
In the check-out day, your stay ends with breakfast. The check-out time is 11:00.
Additional payment is demanded for late check-outs and lunches.
Even, the guest does not have any lunch, lunch fee will be collected for late check-out.
It is not possible for the guests to demand a room other than the one they book.
In accordance with the availability and if the price difference is paid, the guests can demand to stay in a room of a higher category.
If, any difference than the aforementioned account details is detected during the guest count and age checks for children to be conducted at the check-in, the price difference will be collected from the guest.
The children and other calculation procedures Children discounts are applicable with the company of an adult.
In a standard room, the children between 00-06 ages (one ones born in 2013 to 2019) are FREE OF CHARGE.
In a standard room, the children between 07-12 ages (one ones born in 2007 to 2012) are 50% DISCOUNT.
Price calculations of children will be conducted by considering the day, month and year. With regards to age calculations of children, the check-in date will be taken into account rather than the date of booking.
The single room sales are calculated as DBL. There is not any 3rd person discount for standard rooms. 3rd person or a child can stay in the rooms which has sufficient space to have an additional bed.
Unfortunately, there will not be another application other than the additional bed. If, the ages of children do not coincide during the identity controls to be conducted at the check-in, extra payment is collected from the guest / the agency.
CANCELLATION AND DEDUCTION AMOUNTS:
If, you cancel your finalized and confirmed booking while there are 30 days or more until your check-in, the payment you made is refunded after 5% is deducted as the cancellation fee.
If, you cancel your finalized and confirmed booking while there are 15 days or less until your check-in, 50% of the total accommodation fee is deducted as the cancellation fee and the remaining 50% is refunded to you.
If, you cancel your finalized and confirmed booking while there are 8 days or less until your check-in, 75% of the total accommodation fee is deducted as the cancellation fee and the remaining 25% is refunded to you.
If, you cancel your finalized and confirmed booking while there are 7 days or less until your check-in, the payment you made is not refunded at all and the date of your booking cannot be changed after this deadline.
PROCEDURE FOR CHANGES:
For the changes to be applied, the hotel's availability will be taken into consideration.
The prices and conditions of the date of change will be taken into consideration for booking changes.
Maximum 2 changes can be applied for a booking. The change requests should be notified minimum 15 days before the check-in date.
Guest Acceptance Procedure It is mandatory for all guests to submit their identity cards to the receptionist during check-in.
The guests who do not their IDs, will not be accepted to the hotel. General Conditions Special requests are satisfied based on availability.
It is not guaranteed to satisfy all special requests. Pets are not allowed in the hotel in anyway.
A'la Carte Restaurants will serve for a fee.
It is absolutely forbidden to consume or bring alcoholic drinks to our hotel.
It is forbidden to bring any camera, smart phone with camera or any electronic device with photo-taking functionality in the women's only sections.
If, a guest staying in our hotel desires to check-out before his/her booked check-out date, it is impossible to get any money refund or use the remaining days of his/her booking in the future.
It is forbidden for the boys older than 5,99 to enter the Women's Only sections.
It is forbidden for the female guests to wear swimsuits or bikinis at the Beaches and Swimming-Pools open for common use.
During stormy or rainy days, the hotel will not provide an alternative if the outdoor swimming-pool or sea cannot be used.
As, it is impossible to interfere the equipment which can fly over the women's only section such as parasailing, planes and etc., we would like you to understand that.
The indoor swimming-pool, spa and sauna serve our female guests until 17:00 and our male guests after 18:00.
In order to preserve privacy of you, our esteemed guests, it is not allowed to use cell-phones, cameras, tablet computers and etc. electronic devices around the Hidden Sea and beach as well as the Hisar Swimming-Pools section.
These devices can be entrusted to the personnel of the guest relations department while entering these areas. Due to reasons of security, we would like to indicate that the children under 12 cannot enter Hisar Swimming-Pool.
